The very first Thai dolphinarium, Oasis Sea World has been opened since 1990 by Mr. VichaiWattanapong. He offered to care dolphins were being trapped in the fisherman’s net and trained them by the unique method for the talent dolphin show.

          According to Oasis Sea World has attracted and entertained dolphin show, aquatic attractions, comfortable and convenient accommodation, and located in Chanthaburi’s tourist route, Oasis Sea World had been popular in both local and foreign tourists. It hasn’t been renovated since it opened. It was neglected and decayed. Most attraction is out of order. It has a negative impact on its tourism. Followed the marketing plan, added new activities without a long-term landscape planning are ruin existing activities. At present, the most activities are inefficiency used. The implementation of land used planning is also is not effective.

          Oasis Sea World landscape improvement project has purposes to improve and plan the future of Oasis Sea World and create a new Oasis Sea World’s identity. After analyzing both project and surrounding and summarize, it shows the relationship between Chanthaburi lifestyle and dolphins. It inspires this project’s concept to be a Chanthaburi’s Community tourism. The tourists can learn a local lifestyle. They also can get close and appreciate natural mangrove, wide animals and dolphins. Oasis Sea World is going to be more than the dolphin showplace like nowadays. It is going to be an entertainment, education, and park for all type of tourists in Chanthaburi, also East of Thailand where tourist should visit.
