               The objective of Bali Hai Pier Landscape Improvement Project is making the PhraTamnak Mountain, pier and promenade become new public space, event area under concept “24 hr. urban connector”. This concept connects people from outside to inside and connects circulation between mountain and seaside area.Moreover, this project creates new public space, new urban activities, increase capacity rate of Bali Hai Pier and bring people one step closer to the promenade of Pattaya beach.
